Muscat – The Royal Academy of Management has officially concluded the Murtakaz Programme, a transformative leadership initiative designed for senior government executives. The closing ceremony was held in Muscat under the patronage of H H Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham bin Tarik Al Said, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat.

Bringing together 68 participants from the civil, military, and security sectors, the programme aimed to refine the strategic capabilities of those supporting ministers and undersecretaries. Through a blend of immersive local training and international study visits to Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, participants gained critical insights into governance, innovation, and digital transformation.

This initiative reinforces the Academy’s commitment to enhancing institutional cohesion and public service delivery in alignment with the national goals of Oman Vision 2040.
