Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a formal message of condolence and sympathy to President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China regarding the death of Zhu Rongji, the former Premier of the State Council.

In his message, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Chinese President and to the friendly people of China during this time of loss.
