Sanya – China – Oman’s beach football team booked their place in the final of the Asian Beach Games with a dramatic 5–4 victory over Saudi Arabia in a pulsating semi-final clash in Sanya.

In a high-octane encounter that kept fans on edge until the final whistle, Sami Al Balushi delivered a standout performance, netting a brilliant hat-trick to lead Oman’s charge. He was ably supported by Abdullah Al Salti and Khalid Al Araimi, who added a goal each to seal a memorable win.

Saudi Arabia mounted a strong challenge, with goals from Mohammed Al Ajmi, Nayef Nakil, Waleed Al Yaqubi and Majed Al Shahrani, but fell just short in a fiercely contested match.
