Barka – The Coast Guard Police Unit in South Batinah Governorate, in collaboration with the crew of an Omani fishing boat, successfully rescued three citizens after their vessel began to sink in the open sea. The rescue operation was carried out with swift coordination between the police authorities and local fishermen to ensure the safety of those on board.

Following the rescue of the individuals, the distressed boat was secured and towed to the marine pier at the fishing port in the Wilayat of Barka. The Royal Oman Police have confirmed that the situation was handled effectively and the rescued citizens are safe.
