Signed on Thursday during the Real Estate Expo Khareef 2026 at Al Hafa Waterfront in cooperation with the ministries of Labour, Education, and Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, the agreements cover a combined area exceeding 54,000sqm.

The signing ceremony was held under the patronage of H E Hamad bin Ali Al Nizwani, Undersecretary for Housing.

The projects span mining, labour, education, commercial and industrial sectors, reflecting efforts to broaden investment activities and meet Dhofar’s development needs.

The projects will be implemented in the wilayats of Salalah, Thumrait, Taqah, and Shalim and the Hallaniyat Islands.

The contracts include construction of warehouses, an office for an inspection team, five private schools, an events hall, and two commercial and industrial projects.

According to MHUP, the developments will strengthen Dhofar’s economic and service infrastructure while supporting local growth and creating opportunities for private investment.

The agreements are part of efforts to improve the use of government land, expand the range of investment opportunities and enable private developers to implement projects aligned with the governorate’s development priorities.

The ministry said the projects aim to diversify economic activity, strengthen public-private partnerships and improve the business environment in line with national development goals.
