Dhofar – Nama Dhofar Services announced the provision of 200 technical training opportunities coupled with employment through its contracting companies, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and the Authority for Public Services Regulation.
This initiative falls within the framework of the Public Services Sector Employment Governance and In-Country Value Committee in Dhofar Governorate. Recruitment procedures are conducted via the Tawteen platform in coordination with the Ministry of Labour to meet the requirements of the water, wastewater, and electricity sectors, while developing services through qualified national cadres to achieve Oman Vision 2040 targets.
The first batch included 467 job opportunities, and the second batch includes 200 new opportunities, bringing the total to 667 job opportunities this year through successive stages of the Omanisation initiative in permanent contracts.
