Muscat – The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has signed eight partnership and planning development agreements to implement integrated residential neighbourhoods across various governorates in Oman.
With an investment exceeding OR 68 million, the projects will span over 1.7 million square metres, aiming to provide diverse housing alternatives that ensure social stability and economic growth while enhancing the attractiveness of the real estate sector.
Four agreements focus on developing integrated residential neighbourhoods comprising over 1,300 housing units, equipped with modern facilities, commercial centres, entertainment spaces, and green areas to create sustainable and vibrant communities.

During the signing ceremony, the ministry also unveiled four new investment opportunities to develop additional integrated residential neighbourhoods across North Batinah, North Sharqiyah, Dhofar, and South Batinah, covering 1.28 million square metres.
