The Royal Army of Oman, represented by a squadron of the Desert Regiment of the 23rd Infantry Brigade, with support of Sultan’s Armed Forces Engineering Corps, took part in a joint Oman-Britain drill codenamed Apollo Cyber.

The drill was conducted in the United Kingdom from June 20 to July 24 and included obstacles, tests and training on field weaponry and equipment.
