Muscat – H H Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham, the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, departed on Thursday for an official two-day visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan. This high-level mission underscores the growing diplomatic and commercial ties between the two nations and follows a series of recent bilateral engagements aimed at deepening international cooperation. Sayyid Theyazin is expected to engage in discussions with senior Kazakh officials to explore shared interests and align strategic goals within the framework of Oman’s economic diversification efforts.

The primary objective of the visit is to bolster cooperation across a variety of vital sectors, with a significant emphasis on economic and investment partnerships. By identifying new opportunities for collaboration, both nations seek to establish sustainable projects that will yield mutual benefits for their respective citizens.
