Blackpink shine as they take centerstage at Wembley

17 Aug 2025

London – Blackpink’s in London’s area, giving fans the performance of a lifetime at Wembley Stage this August.

The girl group members find their footing amongst the London crowd, performing live at a venue where familiar faces like Taylor Swift and BTS once sang in. Bandmate Lisa thanking their collective 70,000 fans, saying “What an absolute honour to be performing here at Wembley Stadium. We’re absolutely in awe at all of you guys for rocking up and making this possible.”

After making history at the stage way back in 2019 for the highest-grossing tour of a female group, they hope to chart new paths for themselves with their latest Deadline tour where they’re expected to perform across 16 cities around the world this year.

On both dates of their performance at Wembley stage, August 15 and 16 the stage was bathed in pink. Fans excitedly waved their matching coloured light sticks as the girls sang and danced boldly to popular songs such as Kill This Love, How You Like That, Pink Venom, Shut Down and other solo singles like Earthquake, Rockstar, Apt and Like Jennie.

The girls perform each song, old and new with the same vigour and enthusiasm they’ve always shared across the years. Notable highlights include Lisa and Rosé bumping into each other on purpose and laughing during the “Don’t Know What To Do” performance or the girls abandoning their tight choreography for casual, freestyle dance moves that involve a lot of hair tossing from their end.

At the end of their encore, the band members huddled together in joy, wrapping up another successful event and another chapter of the career as a K-pop girl group and global phenomenon.
