Muscat – Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has announced a public consultation to gather feedback on services offered at Muscat International Airport and Salalah Airport.

The effort is part of the authority’s ongoing commitment to improving the quality of airport services and ensuring Oman’s airports meet international standards.

The consultation is open to passengers and the general public, inviting them to share their thoughts, suggestions and ideas on how to enhance the airport experience.

Those interested in participating can submit their feedback online at https://t.co/MLoTdUGnNS, with submission deadline set for February 26.

The goal of this exercise is to enhance passenger convenience, improve operational efficiency, and create a sustainable economic environment to support the growth of Oman’s aviation sector.

CAA is particularly focused on improving various aspects of the airports, including cleanliness, parking facilities, waiting time, food and beverage offerings, accessibility, baggage handling, and services for passengers with disabilities.

Public participation in this consultation is crucial to shaping a better travel experience, it stated. The authority encouraged everyone to participate, as their input will help shape the future of airport services in the sultanate.

By engaging with travellers and other stakeholders, CAA hopes to make the necessary improvements to align with the needs of passengers and ensure that Oman’s airports remain competitive on the global stage.
