Abu Dhabi – His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik undertook a special fraternal visit to the United Arab Emirates, to meet UAE President Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan at Al Shati Palace in Abu Dhabi.

During their meeting, the two leaders reviewed the historical relations and common bonds shared by the two brotherly nations, exploring ways to enhance and develop cooperation across various fields to serve mutual interests and fulfil the aspirations of their peoples.

Furthermore, the leaders exchanged viewpoints on several issues of common interest, discussing regional and international developments alongside methods to achieve security and stability. Accompanying His Majesty the Sultan were several high-ranking Omani officials, including H H Sayyid Shihab Bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, and H H Sayyid Bilarab Bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat.

The UAE delegation featured notable figures such as Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Al Maktoum and Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The UAE President personally welcomed and bid farewell to His Majesty the Sultan at the Presidential Airport in Abu Dhabi.
