Muscat – The Ministry of Labour has issued a directive requiring all private sector establishments in Oman to pay March 2025 wages early, ahead of Eid Al Fitr 1446 AH.

In accordance with the Labour Law issued under Royal Decree No. 53/2023, companies must ensure that salaries are paid no later than Thursday, March 27, 2025. This measure aims to support employees in preparing for the festive occasion.

The Ministry has urged all employers to comply with this directive and extended its best wishes to workers across the country for a blessed Eid.
