Muscat – The Coast Guard arrested two people for possessing counterfeit currency on Tuesday.

In a statement, the Royal Oman Police said, ‘The Coast Guard Police in the Governorate of Musandam arrested two people of Asian nationality on charges of possessing counterfeit foreign currency.’

It added that legal procedures have been completed against them.
