Muscat – Muscat Municipality will hold several activities in parks and Muttrah Corniche for children this Eid al Adha.

An official of Muscat Municipality said, “The municipality will organise Eid festival in Naseem Garden and Amerat Park from July 10 to July 20 in the evenings from 5pm to 11pm. The festival activities will include contests, fun games, rides, folk song and dance performances, shopping corners and theatre, besides cafes and food vending carts.”

He informed that the municipality will also organise an event in Muttrah Corniche called ‘Muttrah’s Eid is Different’, scheduled for Monday, July 11, from
5pm to 9pm.

“The event will include activities such as paragliding, classic cars shows, motorcycle shows, Omani folklore and water sports. Locally made handicraft items will also be showcased at the venue.

“These events organised by Muscat Municipality aim to bring joy to citizens and residents and encourage domestic tourism,” the official said.
