11 Mar 2026

Muscat – OCT Al Mabela won the All-Omani T20 Tournament, defeating OCT Muscat by seven wickets in the final as the Oman Cricket domestic T20 competitions concluded with exciting championship matches.

Batting first, OCT Muscat struggled to gain momentum and were restricted to 84 for 8 in their allotted 20 overs as Mabela’s disciplined bowling attack kept the scoring under control.

Chasing a modest target, OCT Al Mabela paced their innings comfortably and reached 85 for 3 in 15.2 overs to secure the title. Waleed Rahim Al Balushi was named Player of the Tournament after scoring 282 runs across the competition, playing a key role in Mabela’s championship run.

In the Intermediate T20 Tournament final, Braveheart XI defeated SFT after posting a competitive 176 all out in 20 overs. SFT’s top order made a promising start in the chase, but the middle order failed to capitalise, allowing Braveheart XI to clinch the championship.

Shoaib Al Balushi was adjudged Player  the Tournament for his all-round performance, scoring 206 runs and taking five wickets. Thirteen-year-old Shravan Sharat Kurup was named Consolation Player of the Tournament after claiming 16 wickets in six matches.

The finals were followed by a prize distribution ceremony attended by Madhusinh Jesrani, Secretary of Oman Cricket, and Duleep Mendis, the board’s Chief Development Officer.
