Salalah – The Dhofar Centre for Culture, Heritage and Creativity concluded the Sarb Cultural Season in Salalah, Dhofar, Sunday evening with the final ceremony of the ‘Voice of the Season 2025’ competition. Held under the esteemed patronage of H H Sayyid Mohammed bin Salim al Said, the event saw Omani contestant Khalid bin Salim al Amri clinch the prestigious title.

The competition, which aims to discover young vocal talents while promoting authentic Omani and Gulf heritage, awarded Omani competitor Saeed al Shamali Zaabnoot second place, and Kuwait’s Abdul Hadi al Marri third place. The ceremony, held at Al Murooj Theatre in Salalah, also featured a national operetta and performances of traditional Omani folk arts, celebrating the region’s rich cultural heritage.
