Muscat – The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has issued a weather forecast for Monday warning of varying weather conditions across different parts of the Sultanate.

Coastal areas of Dhofar can expect partly cloudy skies with chances of drizzle and isolated rainfall. The rest of Oman will experience clear to partly cloudy weather, with isolated showers expected in Al Wusta and South Sharqiyah, and possible convective cloud development over the Al Hajar mountains.

Fog patches and low clouds are likely late tonight and early morning tomorrow over parts of South Sharqiyah, Dhofar, and Al Wusta, potentially reducing visibility. Dust is also expected to rise over desert and open areas, further affecting travel conditions.

The CAA has urged the public to remain cautious, especially due to reduced visibility from fog and dust and the possibility of downdraft winds.
