Muscat – Oman Customs seized 11,500 bottles of alcoholic beverages loaded in a truck on Tuesday.

In a statement, Oman Customs said, ‘The Department of Investigation and Risk Assessment conducted a raid on a site housing expatriate workers in the wilayat of Sohar, discovering and confiscating large quantities of alcoholic beverages. Additionally, in the wilayat of Barka, a truck loaded with alcoholic beverages were seized. In total, the combined seizures yielded more than 11,500 bottles of alcoholic beverages.’

Legal procedures are being completed against him.
