Muscat – The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a vehicle driver for endangering his life and the lives of others on a public road in South Sharqiyah.

A statement issued by ROP said, ‘South Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command arrested a vehicle driver for endangering his life and the lives of others on a public road in the governorate.’

‘Legal procedures are being completed against him by the Directorate General of Traffic,’ it added.

The ROP calls on everyone to adhere to traffic rules and regulations and to make all roads safe for users.
