Muscat – The 18th edition of the Oman Design and Build Week (ODBW) incorporating Oman Real Estate Expo (OREX) is slated to begin at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre on Sunday under the auspices of H H Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs.

One of the most anticipated events in the building, construction, design and real estate industry, the event will host 250 exhibitors representing different countries, and will include more than ten pavilions.

The purpose of this event is to enhance communication with industry owners and manufacturers, integration with suppliers and distributors.

It serves as a platform for manufacturers to display building materials and provide solutions to architects, consultants, contractors, distributors, purchasing managers and decision makers.

The OREX programme will include 11 dialogue sessions with the participation of over 30 speakers and representatives from over 30 governmental and private institutions.

It targets real estate developers, brokers, financial and legal service providers, and those interested in the field of real estate development.

Discussions and deliberations will be held to shed light on investment opportunities in Oman, enhance complementary communication between sectors, enable partnership with partners in the real estate sector, exchange views and experiences for the development of the real estate sector, in addition to enriching common topics in the same industry.

OREX will offer an ideal platform for companies to present their expertise and solutions to the emerging market.

The Oman Design and Build Week aims to enrich common topics in the industry, and present building materials and solutions to architects, consultants, contractors, distributors, purchasing managers, and decision makers. It seeks to accelerate business growth and announce many mega projects in line with the economic growth plans in the Sultanate of Oman.
