Muscat – Six workers died and five others were rescued following a rock collapse in the wilayat of Ibri in Dhahirah governorate, according to the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA).

In a statement, CDAA said, ‘Search and rescue teams of Dhahirah governorate received a report of a rock collapse in the Al Arid area in the wilayat of Ibri, where six workers were killed. Five others were rescued. Search is still on for missing workers under the rubble.’
