South Sharqiyah – Al Kamil Wal Wafi Municipality, represented by the Food Control and Licensing Section, carried out targeted inspection visits covering 14 commercial outlets selling meat, fish, poultry, and general foodstuffs.

During the inspection campaign, municipal officers issued 5 violations and 3 warnings to non-compliant commercial establishments. Inspectors created 2 official destruction reports to dispose of approximately 7,400 kg of unfit meat and unfit food items, alongside destroying 8 pieces of non-compliant kitchen equipment.
