Salalah – Oman and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) signed a joint executive programme in the fields of economy and planning to activate a previous memorandum of understanding.

The agreement was finalised between the Ministry of Economy in Oman and the Ministry of Economy and Planning in Saudi Arabia.

The cooperative framework focuses on four main areas: economic planning and policies, shared studies and modelling, sustainable development, and capacity building and awareness.

Key objectives include medium and long-term economic planning, joint research targeting Sustainable Development Goals 2030, knowledge transfer, and specialised leadership programmes designed to develop economic leaders in both countries.
