Barka – Food Safety and Quality Centre (FSQC) in Barka carried out the destruction of 8,400 cans of packaged drinking water after tests confirmed microbial contamination and a reduction in total dissolved solids.

The operation was conducted to monitor the safety of food products circulated in markets and verify their compliance with approved health regulations. Authorities ensured that the substandard products were safely removed to protect public health and maintain strict regulatory standards across the region.
