Muscat – Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) issued a weather alert indicating that convective cloud formations will continue to develop, bringing scattered thundery rainfall accompanied by strong downdraft winds across parts of the Al Hajar Mountains and adjacent areas.

According to predictions derived, these weather conditions carry a high probability of resulting in the flowing of mountain streams and flash floods. Residents and visitors travelling through these regions are strongly advised to exercise caution, avoid flooded wadis, and stay updated with official meteorological announcements as unstable atmospheric conditions persist.
