Amerat – Royal Oman Police detained an expatriate driver of Asian nationality following a serious traffic incident in the Wilayat of Amerat. The driver was observed operating a heavy vehicle in a reckless and dangerous manner while in an impaired state.

This conduct culminated in a collision at a roundabout, which posed a significant threat to other road users in the vicinity. The authorities have confirmed that the individual has been taken into custody, and all appropriate legal procedures are currently being processed.
