Muscat – Oman’s national suggestions, complaints and reports platform, Tajawob, recorded more than 2.6mn visits and 785,000 active users by the end of May 2026, according to figures released during the second Tajawob and Integration Forum organised by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT).
The platform received more than 235,000 requests, including over 85,000 complaints, nearly 90,000 reports, more than 16,000 suggestions and over 43,000 enquiries.
The forum, on Wednesday, brought together more than 300 representatives from central and executive teams, as well as communication and media units from 56 government entities connected to the platform. The event aimed to strengthen institutional integration, improve engagement with beneficiaries and enhance the quality of government services through the exchange of expertise and best practices.
Participants reviewed operational performance indicators, processing quality standards and compliance with approved methodologies. Several success stories and development initiatives implemented through the platform were also highlighted, demonstrating improvements in response times and coordination among government institutions.
