This requirement specifically includes social media influencers, news account operators, and electronic channel managers, who must obtain the necessary media licences in accordance with the provisions of the Media Law and its executive regulations.

The Ministry has emphasised that conducting any media activity without the required licence is a legal violation, and that it will take appropriate legal measures against those who fail to comply with these regulations.
