Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Monday evening issued Royal Decree No. 86/2026 ratifying the Charter establishing the Digital Cooperation Organization.

Article (1) of the decree ratifies the Charter, signed in Riyadh on February 5, 2023, in accordance with the version attached to the decree.

Article (2) directs the departments concerned to deposit the instrument of ratification of the Charter in accordance with its provisions.

Under Article (3), the decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enters into force from the date of its issuance.
