Muscat – Ministry of Education has officially launched the Institutional Excellence Incentives for the year 2026, aiming to recognise and reward the outstanding contributions of its employees. The initiative seeks to promote a culture of high performance and appreciation across the educational sector by offering various financial rewards to dedicated staff members.

Educational leaders, including school principals and their assistants, are eligible for a reward of RO200, while exceptional teachers and subject specialists can receive RO150. Additionally, administrative staff within the Ministry and educational directorates, as well as service employees, are eligible for incentives of RO150 and RO100, respectively. Candidates selected for these prestigious awards will also be granted a formal certificate of excellence, further underscoring the Ministry’s commitment to fostering a motivated and highly capable workforce dedicated to the nation’s educational advancement.
