Muscat – HE Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidi, Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman, received a telephone call from Dr Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

During the call, the two ministers reviewed the latest regional developments, ongoing diplomatic engagements and negotiations, as well as efforts aimed at adopting political approaches to address points of disagreement in a balanced and equitable manner.

The two sides also underscored the importance of restoring safe and unhindered maritime navigation.
