The successful organization of Oman Sustainability Week, alongside the broad participation of
stakeholders from government, industry and civil society despite regional tensions,
underscores Oman’s ability to provide stability and reinforces the international confidence
placed in its sustainability vision and long-term strategic direction.

the green transition and the importance it attaches to the strategic partnership with Oman in
this field.

Several company representatives will participate in the OSW and OPES Talks, sharing insights
into their vision and innovative solutions.

H E Dr. Thomas Oertle, Ambassador of Switzerland to Oman, remarked: “For the fourth year,
the Swiss pavilion will showcase some of the most innovative technologies and state-of-the-
art solutions advancing the sustainability agenda. The strong participation of Swiss companies
at this year’s Oman Sustainability Week is a clear expression of confidence in Oman, its
economic outlook and its long-term strategic vision at a particularly sensitive moment for the
region. The willingness of Swiss companies to maintain and deepen their engagement at this
juncture reflects the importance they attach to a reliable and forward-looking partnership
with Oman. Switzerland remains committed to fostering collaboration, innovation and
exchange between our two like-minded nations, and we hope that this strong engagement
will further translate into concrete partnerships, investments and expanded bilateral trade
between Switzerland and Oman
