Muscat – H E Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, received a telephone call from Iruthisham Adam, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, on Monday when the two sides reviewed the strong bilateral relations and discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries.

The ministers also exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments, stressing the importance of intensifying efforts to contain tensions, support dialogue and pursue political solutions that contribute to regional and global security, stability and peace.
