Muscat – Directed by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, H H Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat, will grace the launch ceremony of the Greater Muscat Structural Plan on Thursday. The event will take place at the Experience Centre Building in Sultan Haitham City in Seeb.

The plan is one of the most significant outputs of the national spatial strategy, serving as a primary driver of urban development at the national level and an enabler for achieving the targets set forth in Oman Vision 2040.
