Bausher – Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested a four-member gang in Bausher for stealing gold and valuables from unoccupied homes. Authorities began monitoring the four suspects, who are of Asian nationality, immediately upon their arrival at Muscat International Airport.

Following a period of detailed surveillance, the individuals were apprehended while in the act of stealing gold jewellery and various other valuable items from local residences. Investigative reports indicate that the group specifically targeted several homes within the Wilayat of Bausher after first verifying that the properties were unoccupied.

ROP have confirmed that the suspects are now in custody and that all necessary legal procedures are being completed against them.
