To ensure the smooth flow of traffic and maintain emergency access routes, the authorities have implemented a strict policy against random or unauthorised parking. Visitors who fail to adhere to designated parking zones will now be subject to a fixed financial penalty of RO15. This measure is intended to reduce congestion and improve the overall experience for patients and medical staff requiring urgent access to the facility.

In a proactive effort to provide a convenient and cost-free alternative for the public, the hospital has partnered with Mwasalat to facilitate a dedicated transport link. Visitors are encouraged to utilise the ample parking spaces available at the Sultanate Qaboos Sports Complex at no charge. From this location, a complimentary shuttle service is provided to transport individuals directly to the Royal Hospital. This integrated transport solution is designed to eliminate the stress of searching for parking in high-demand areas while ensuring that visitors do not incur unnecessary fines.
