Muscat –  Oman has strongly condemned and denounced any acts or plots that target the security and stability of the United Arab Emirates, or attempts to interfere in its internal affairs.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Foreign Ministry   reaffirmed Oman’s firm solidarity with the UAE and its support for all measures taken to safeguard its territory, maintain security, and protect the safety of its society.

The Sultanate also reiterated its principled stance rejecting all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, as well as incitement to such acts, regardless of the motives or justifications behind them.

Oman further stressed its commitment to maintaining good-neighbourly relations and constructive cooperation with all brotherly and friendly countries in confronting such unacceptable acts.
