Muscat – Royal Oman Police (ROP) has confirmed that the teenager previously reported missing has been located. Shireen Mahmoud Shaaban Yahya, a 15-year-old resident, had gone missing after leaving her family home in the Ghubra area of the Wilayat of Baushar. Her family had reported her absence after she failed to return, prompting an official search by the authorities.

In an updated statement, the police announced that she was found in good health. Officials are now in the process of completing all necessary legal and administrative procedures following her recovery. The Royal Oman Police expressed satisfaction with the safe conclusion of the search and thanked those involved in the efforts to ensure the young girl’s safe return to her family.
