Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received telephone calls from King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday.

During the call with King Abdullah II, His Majesty the Sultan discussed the close bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance cooperation across various fields to serve mutual interests. The two leaders also reviewed the latest regional developments and ways to ease tensions.

In a separate call, His Majesty and President Macron discussed developments in the region and international efforts aimed at achieving calm and ending the conflict.
