Shinas – Royal Oman Police have successfully intercepted a significant quantity of illegal narcotics following a coordinated security operation in the North Batinah Governorate. Acting on precise intelligence, the North Batinah Police Command conducted a rigorous field surveillance and tracking operation that led to the arrest of an Asian national in the Wilayat of Shinas.
During the apprehension, the individual was found in possession of a substantial haul of crystal meth. Initial investigations suggest the individual intended to both traffic and consume the illicit substances within the country.
The Royal Oman Police have confirmed that the seized narcotics were being prepared for distribution before the intervention took place. The arrested individual is currently in custody as law enforcement officials conclude the necessary legal proceedings.
