Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, has issued a Royal Pardon for a group of prisoners convicted in various cases.

The Royal Pardon includes 247 prisoners, comprising both citizens and expatriates.

The gesture comes in conjunction with the National Day 2025 celebrations and reflects His Majesty’s keenness to support the families of the pardoned prisoners and offer them an opportunity to rebuild their lives.
