Muscat – Oman has welcomed the efforts of the United States, led by President Donald Trump, to end the war in the Gaza Strip and secure an agreement aimed at alleviating the suffering of Palestinians, while safeguarding their legitimate rights.

The sultanate also commended Hamas’s positive response to the plan, which calls for the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza, creates conditions for reconstruction, prevents displacement, and supports broader efforts towards a just and comprehensive peace.
