Muscat – The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, in partnership with the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, has announced the commencement of the trial operation for the national platform designed for submitting suggestions, complaints, and reports regarding government services.
This initiative aims to enhance electronic connectivity and improve the user experience by allowing visitors to submit their feedback seamlessly. During the trial phase, all requests will be automatically registered on the platform, with users receiving a confirmation text message acknowledging the receipt of their submissions.
The Ministry has cautioned the public to be vigilant and avoid suspicious links that may be circulated through unofficial channels. The official link to the platform will only be accessible via the Ministry’s authorised outlets and government institutions during this phase.
