Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President Droupadi Murmu of India, expressing his sorrow over the passing of former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.

In his message, His Majesty conveyed his heartfelt condolences and sympathies to President Murmu, the bereaved family, and the friendly people of India during this time of mourning.

Dr Manmohan Singh, who served as India’s Prime Minister from 2004 to 2014, was widely respected for his contributions to the nation’s development. His loss has been deeply felt both within India and internationally.
