Kuwait City, Kuwait – On behalf of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, has arrived safely in Kuwait to lead the Sultanate of Oman’s delegation at the 45th Summit of the Supreme Council of GCC Leaders, taking place later today.

His Highness affirmed that the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has achieved significant progress in numerous fields, including economic, social, legislative, and scientific areas, since its establishment. He emphasized the need for continued efforts to preserve these gains and strengthen cooperation and integration among the Gulf nations.

His Highness also reiterated Oman’s unwavering support for the GCC’s path of development, expressing deep appreciation for the efforts made by the State of Kuwait in this regard. He called on God Almighty to bestow continued goodness, progress, and development upon the Kuwaiti people and all the peoples of the GCC member states.
