Muscat – Oman Customs has foiled an attempt to smuggle large quantities of drugs into Oman.

In a statement, Oman Customs said, ‘The General Administration of Customs in cooperation with the Directorate General for Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances foiled an attempt to smuggle a postal parcel containing 1.58kg of crystal meth, which was hidden in the cavities of an electric mixer.’

Legal measures have been taken against the culprits.
