PSM concludes Championship League 2024 with a grand success

Muscat – The sports enthusiasts in Muscat had a weekend to remember as the Friendi Championship League 2024 took place on June 13-14 at Pakistan School Muscat, under the efficient management of the Oman Tapeball Club (OTC), affiliated with the International Tapeball Council.

The event was graced by several distinguished guests, including the Pakistani Ambassador, H E Imran Ali, Ateeq Ur Rahman ( Community Welfare attaché), Bilal (deputy head of mission)and Salman Tariq (Visa Councillor) along with other embassy dignitaries.

A total of 10 teams competed in the tournament and they were Pakistan Embassy 11, Al Amrat Musa CC, Salalah Kings, Nizwa Warriors, Seeb Sultan,  Muscat Kings, Sohar Eagle, Darsit Hawks Satti XI, Hala Mobile Rangers and  Barka Titans

All teams showcased remarkable talent and perseverance. After intense knockout rounds, five teams advanced to the next level. On June 14, Salalah Kings qualified for the semi-finals due to their impressive run rate, while four other teams battled it out in the quarter-finals. The competition culminated in a thrilling final between Muscat Kings and Misf Fighters, with Misf Fighters emerging victorious and claiming the championship trophy.
