Muscat – The Ministry of Agricultural Wealth, Fisheries, and Water Resources (MAFWR), represented by the Food Safety and Quality Center (FSQC) at the Central Market for Vegetables and Fruits, continues its periodic efforts to ensure the safety and quality of local agricultural products.

In a statement issued by FSQC said, ‘The results of laboratory analyses show that the products conform to standard specifications, reflecting a commitment to good agricultural practices.’

It is worth noting that the process of ensuring the safety of agricultural products begins with guidance, awareness, follow-up, and sampling operations on farms, where any non-conforming products are dealt with directly.
