Muscat – Alargan, a well-known property developer in Oman, has revealed that it has received official approval from Muscat Municipality to build an Irish bridge. This bridge aims to provide smooth connectivity and easy access for the residents of its property, Telal al Qurm.
Commencing on August 20, the project, set to span four months, will undergo significant changes while adhering to the strict Oman Highway Design Standards 2017.
The approval was granted following a comprehensive hydrology study that will ensure structural stability and efficient water flow during rainy seasons and all year round. The implementation of meticulous drainage measures will further optimise surface water drainage, stated a press release.
Alargan has gone beyond the development’s land boundary, showcasing its dedication to community development by solely funding the Irish bridge connection in the public domain.
According to the company, the bridge, which has dimensions of 4×4 meters and consists of 27 cells, will have a crucial role in maintaining a continuous link to Telal al Qurm all year round. This will guarantee the safety and well-being of not only Telal al Qurm’s residents but also the surrounding neighborhood and the wider community.
Commenting on this milestone, Eng Maher Joujou, Acting General Manager of Telal al Qurm said, “At Alargan, we consistently strive to enhance the living experience for our valued residents and investors. Safety remains a paramount concern, making it a top priority throughout the bridge’s development. The approval of the Irish Bridge reflects our unwavering commitment to creating thriving communities with top-tier infrastructure and safety.”
The seamless connectivity forged by the bridge is set to bolster the overall value of Telal al Qurm, enriching the investment potential for residents and stakeholders alike.
“At Al Abraj, we take immense pride in conducting comprehensive studies and structural assessments, furthered by the support from the ministries.
